Paladar (private restaurant) from  Mirelis and Juan Carlos.

The "Mirimar" is situated on a little hill above the beautiful beaches from Guardalavaca. There is a beautiful view from the terrace to the whole bay and the beaches from Guardalavaca. Enjoy the time of the sunset at this wonderful place by having excellent food and famous drinks.

The "MiriMar" is in walking distance from the hotels and the centre of Guardalavaca.
 

  
Specific dishes from Juan Carlos are fresh wet fish, sea fruits, Creole food, special marinated chicken and optional grilled pork.

Sides are salad oft the season, baked plantains (Mariquitas) and Congris (rice and beans).

If you want to eat special food, like lobster or a roasted pork, please order this with a forerun from 1-3 days at the restaurant.
Juan Carlos will try to organize all the things you need, to have an exceptionally good dinner and an unforgettable impressions in his house.

 

  
Location plan:

You will find the "MiriMar" at the west end of the public beach from Guardalavaca. Please use the little path in the cliffs  which is going to the Restaurant "l' Ancla" . Pass the Restaurant on the left side and use the new tarred road which is going uphill for 200 meters. The second house on the right side (look to the photo above) is the "MiriMar".

From the centre of Guardalavaca you need 15 minutes by walking.

By using a taxi you have to tell the driver to use the road to the restaurant l' Àncla,  which begins next to to the gas station (Estacion Cupet).
